Not being a fan of either school, but a fan of "good college football" not referee football , I thought that the call against Mo.in the game against Ark.
with 12:00 min. or so left in the last quarter ( roughing the passer) was absolutely absurd. The QB's arm had not gotten halfway through the passing motion. The refs want to review most calls and make the game last 2 hours longer but not at their expense if they make a bad call.
What is up with that? I am a fan of the SEC and especially Ole Miss but I love NCAA football . The only point I am trying to make is if you are going to review players actions you might as well review the bad calls as well. You as a rules committee should be responsible for making sure the calls are correct, even if the refs.
Please do not make this American sport no fun to watch, for all of us who have watched it for over 50 years. If you get too concerned about player safety you might as well just make the game the nffa, (National Flag Football Association).
Reason of review: Quality of officiating.
I liked: All ncaa competition.
I didn't like: Making the game only about referees.
